As a Regional Sales Manager for MW (Pennsylvania, E. PA) you will be responsible for all sales, including managing service delivery, in alignment with TIGER’s goals, as well as support our Great Place to Work environment!

 

Job Duties: 

  • Direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
  • Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to company policy
  • Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
  • Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
  • Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
  • Enter and maintain data in CRM
  • Forecast sales for region

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales Proficiency
  • 3-5 years in the industry
  • Working with SAP preferred
  • Multicultural environment an asset
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Military Coating Knowledge
  • Project Management
  • Needs analysis (diagnostic questioning or tools)
  • Process flow analysis
  • Lean manufacturing, ISO quality system & OSHA knowledge an asset
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
  • Presentation and communication
  • Negotiation tactics
